PandaCoat UniBase MS is a seamless, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane (liquid rubber) that stops damp, cracks and water damage on flat roofs, terraces, gutters and even old bituminous coatings – no need to strip the old layer first.

🛠️ Universal, usually no primer needed
Apply directly to concrete, wood, metal or tile – no primer required (on old bitumen coatings, use Primer VL 2K first to prevent blistering). Just clean the surface, then brush or roller on.
🌦️ Built for the weather
Cures into a membrane that stretches over 3x without tearing, resists UV, heavy rain and temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. Apply 2–3 coats for a thicker, longer-lasting result.
🏗️ Not just for roofs
Also waterproofs wood, brick and masonry, and works as a damp-proof membrane under concrete floors, in basements and other below-ground spaces.

Isocyanate-free MS polymer lets trapped moisture escape through the membrane instead of causing blisters – manufactured in the EU to strict quality standards.
What it is
A single-component, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane based on MS polymer (silane-modified polymer, isocyanate-free) that cures with air moisture into a seamless coating resistant to standing water. 1 kg pack – solvent-based (SB) formula. 5.7 kg pack – solvent-free (SF) formula, odourless, suitable for indoor use.

- Flat roofs, terraces, green/planted roofs, standing-water areas
- Gutters and chimney base sealing
- Shed and garage roofs
- Roofs with PU foam or polystyrene insulation
- No-primer-needed surfaces: concrete, ceramic tile, metal
- Old bitumen coatings/felt (use Primer VL 2K first, see below)
- Also: outdoor timber, foundations, walls, basements (damp-proof membrane under flooring)
- Water tanks and reservoirs
How to use
The surface must be free of dust, grease and debris; remove old flaking coatings. The surface doesn't need to be fully dry – per the technical data sheet, it can also be applied to a damp substrate.
No primer is needed on concrete, ceramic or metal. On old bitumen coatings, Primer VL 2K is required to prevent blistering.
Apply 2–3 thin coats or 1 thick coat, allowing 2–48 hours between coats. Coverage: 1.1–1.3 L/m² (1.5–1.8 kg/m²). Surface dry after approx. 1.5 hours (23°C/50% RH), fully cured after 12–24 hours.
