Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges, and Withdrawal from the Contract
The Buyer may exercise the right to return the Goods only if the return period specified in these Terms has not been exceeded.
If the Buyer receives Goods that were not ordered, they must notify the Seller immediately, but no later than within 7 (seven) working days, by email at sales@pandacoat.lt or eshop@pandacoat.lt. The Seller shall collect such Goods at their own expense and replace them with the correct Goods. If the Seller does not have the originally ordered Goods in stock, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid. The refund will be issued within 14 (fourteen) days after the Buyer has returned the non-conforming Goods to the Seller.
The Buyer/Consumer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, to request an exchange of the purchased Goods, provided the condition of the returned Goods meets the requirements set out in clause 5.10 of the Terms. If a price difference arises due to the exchange, the Buyer and the Seller must settle the difference according to the recalculated prices. The Buyer must send a notice of intent to exercise this right, along with the details of the items to be returned, to sales@pandacoat.lt or eshop@coat4pro.com.
Goods that meet the requirements of clause 5.10 and are of good quality may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Resolution No. 738 of 22 July 2014), the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, and these Terms.
The Buyer/Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without stating a reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Goods by filling in a standard withdrawal form or by providing a clear and unambiguous notice to the Seller by email at sales@coat4pro.com or eshop@pandacoat.lt, or by cancelling the Order through the online store if such functionality is provided.
The Buyer/Consumer cannot withdraw from the Contract if the Contract falls under the exceptions listed in Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code or if the return deadline has been missed.
The right to withdraw from the Contract and return or exchange quality Goods applies only to the Buyer/Consumer and becomes effective from the date the Contract is concluded, as defined in section 2 of these Terms.
The Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller or to a person authorized by the Seller without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notifying the Seller of their decision to return the Goods or withdraw from the Contract.
If the Buyer withdraws from the Contract and returns the Goods, all payments received for the Goods will be refunded, or partially refunded in cases specified in clause 5.10, including delivery costs. After receiving and inspecting the returned Goods, the Seller will refund all or part of the payment within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal notice was received. If only part of the Goods are returned, delivery charges will be refunded if a separate charge was applied to those specific items.
If the Goods are returned due to quality defects, clause 5.12 shall apply.
In the cases provided by the Terms, when returning the Goods, the Buyer must indicate the sender’s address and properly package the item to avoid damage during transport. The Seller is not obligated to refund payments for Goods that are damaged during shipping.
Returned Goods and their packaging must retain their commercial appearance (e.g., undamaged packaging, intact labels). Goods must be unused, in original packaging (including manuals and warranty documents, if provided), and in the same condition and completeness as when purchased. All accessories that came with the Goods must also be returned.
The Buyer is liable for any decrease in the value of the Goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. The Seller has the right to reduce the refunded amount proportionally.
Claims related to poor quality will not be accepted if the Goods were damaged intentionally or through negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, water, fire, high temperature, sharp objects), if usage or storage instructions were not followed, or if the Goods were used improperly.
If the Goods are returned due to quality defects, the Seller will fully refund the price paid and compensate for both delivery and return costs. If only part of the Goods are returned, delivery costs will be reimbursed only if the delivery fee for the remaining items would have been lower without the returned items, and only to the extent of the price difference.
If the Buyer chose a return method other than that offered by the Seller and this resulted in disproportionate or higher return costs, the Seller is not obligated to cover those additional costs.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer agrees otherwise and no additional fees apply. Refunds are not issued in cash.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Goods have been received.
If the Goods were delivered after the withdrawal notice:

The Buyer must return the Goods to the Seller without delay;

Except in cases of defective Goods, the Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the Goods;

The Buyer must ensure the proper storage of the Goods until they are returned;

The refund for the item and its delivery costs shall be handled in accordance with clause 5.12.
The Buyer shall in all cases retain the rights established under applicable legal acts regarding the purchase of defective Goods. These Terms do not limit or affect those rights in any way.
