What It Is

A one-component, silicone-based sealant supplied in a cartridge — thick (>40,000 cP), non-slumping consistency built for precise, cartridge-gun spot sealing. Cures with atmospheric moisture into a firm, flexible, waterproof membrane. This is NOT a standalone roof coating and is NOT part of the TopBase ST/ST Fiber main coating layer — it's a separate, spot-repair sealant. Colour — clear.

⚠️ Important safety information: unlike the base TopBase ST line, this product IS classified as hazardous under CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 — Acute Tox. 4, H302 "Harmful if swallowed" (Warning pictogram), with the additional statement EUH208 (contains a silane ingredient that may cause an allergic reaction). Keep out of reach of children, do not eat, drink or smoke while using, wash hands after use. If swallowed and feeling unwell, call a poison control centre.

How To Use

Clean and dry the surface, removing dirt, dust and grease. Load the cartridge into a standard caulking gun and apply straight into the crack, gap or joint. Smooth with a wet finger or a sealant tool for a clean, seamless finish. No primer is needed for typical repairs on glass, ceramic tile or metal.

Note: this is a standalone, cartridge-based spot-repair sealant — NOT a substitute for the TopBase ST/ST Fiber main coating layer and NOT a full-roof waterproofing solution. Use it for small, precise repairs, or as extra sealing before or after a TopBase ST system layer.
